What is the “Study+Work” program?
Study+ Work program is a combination of academic study and practical work leading to an accredited degree program in Germany. Here you will be studying for 2/3 days in a week and work for 2/3 days in a week. By the time you complete your degree, you gain the experience that’s good enough to get you a pay package from 40,000 Euros onwards.

Step 1
To launch your academic and professional career in Germany, you need to know the local language for which we provide an online learning German Course covering level A1, A2 with the help of experienced trainers with flexible timings for online/ on campus courses.
The next step is learning DIGITAL BUSINESS GERMANY (7 months). The DBG program includes an online nano-degree by VICTORIA, International University of Applied Sciences that helps sharpen your skills as well as advanced German to fast track your chances of employment.
This 7 month foundation program offers live online seminars, workshops, virtual recruiting fair, career coaching and more while teaching you: MIS, JAVA, Python, AI to help you become Digital Consultant/ Digital Strategist/ Business Analyst etc.
Note: While pursuing the DBG program, 12th pass students are recommended to start their first year bachelors degree in India which serves as a foundation course in Germany that’s mandatory to enter into the bachelor program.
Step 2
After completing the DBG, you enter the iBA or Victoria University. Here you commence your split-week study model (40-hour a week) where you study for 20 hours a week (contact time & self-study) and 16-20 hours are dedicated to work-based learning at a partner company leading to future employment opportunities.
Your tuition fee is funded by the employer and you earn a salary/ stipend every month for the three year degree program. You get the opportunity to work with a network of more than 2000 partner companies.
Step 3
The final and the most awaited one!
You finally complete your graduation and you start earning a salary of approximately 40,000-50,000 € per annum. You get 18 month post study visa and you are open to apply for blue card. Your theoretical and practical experience paired together ensure your ability to be fit for the working world or a master’s degree after graduation. In fact, after completion of the degree program you can continue working with the same employer or anywhere in the world as a digital business specialist. Global Opportunities on your way!

Why German Language? Do you have English taught programs?
Yes, learning German provides you many affordable study options as well as easy entry to corporate jobs.
Though BBA in International Management is an English taught program, learning German is mandatory in order to get employment.
How many levels of German do I need to learn for the program?
You need minimum B2 ( 4 levels a1, a2, b1, b2) to start the Bachelor program in Germany
